Hey Kristi, had some questions about South Rim Ranch rules. I read through the CCR and it seemed like a lot for a Ranch POA and a lot of ambiguity in definitions. Perhaps leaving too much open for interpretation. Could you contact me?
hello, I also had questions about the poa/hoa and wondered if you live there now or previously. we are interested in property there but are hesitant about the rules i believe i read online.
Did some research with county. Seems there are a lot of county restrictions on things, which is weird because the terrain and resources are unforgiving. You need a permit for water collection, natural grey water dispersement and off grid power. County is a stickler on septic systems which will require a non traditional which runs 20-30k. We passed and found property that was better in less restricted county.
